Spirals with Red Teardrops

These stud earrings are absolutely entrancing. 

They feature marcasite spirals with beautiful red cubic zirconia teardrops. 

Ok, so I know that the the shape is officially called a pear shape,

but I think they look more like red teardrops than pears.
